Current System Status

The Zenith Hosting system status page is updated with any planned maintenance or current system issues. Please check this page before contacting customer services.

We also have a second system status page located in an offsite location so that it can be accessed externally.

We suggest you add our external system status page to your web browser favorites so that it can be accessed if our customer control panel is inaccessible, you can click a link on the status page to do this. If you are having a connection issue with your website or email please check the system status page before contacting customer support.

Support Database

This is available to all registered customers through their zhPanel.

Over 50% of all support questions we receive are already answered in our support database.

Searching the database takes just a few seconds and will save you having to wait for an answer to your question.

We pride ourselves at the high level of technical and customer support that we provide. If you have a question or a problem that is not answered in the support database then please create a new support ticket (Support Form on the right) and one of our customer service representatives will reply to you.
